Dr. Al-Rikabi: Agreement with China to develop investment
September/02 | am:10:39 / No Comments 179 viewsThe Minister of Finance and Economic Planning Dr. Mohamed Osman Al-Rikabi has said that the joint ministerial committee between the Sudan and China discussed, during a meeting in Beijing the challenges facing the economic relations between the two countries and came out with solutions satisfactory to both parties. The minister said, in a press statement on the sidelines of the Summit of the China-Africa Cooperation Forum in Beijing, that it was agreed upon the outstanding issues, investment development and continuity of financing of renewable energy projects, oil, agriculture and animal production. Dr. Al-Rikabi added that the committee discussed strategic projects within the framework of the Belt and Silk Road Initiative as to enhance the Sudanese economy and its ability to increase exports.
