Kibir Affirms Presidency Support to National Commission for Human Rights
February/21 | am:9:01 / No Comments 96 viewsVice – President of the Republic, Dr. Osman Mohamed Yousif Kibir, has affirmed the Presidency keenness to support the plans and programs of the National Commission for Human Rights so as to carry out its role independently.
During his meeting at the Republican Palace with the Chairperson of the National Commission for Human Rights, Iman Fathal-Rahman, the Vice – President said it is important that justice shall take its course and remedies shall be adopted regarding the recent incidents in some areas in Sudan.
In a press statement, Iman said that the Vice – President was informed on the commission’s role in receiving complains of citizens as well work of the commission’s fact-finding committee for investigating in the issue of Khashm Al-Qirba teacher.
