Lt. Gen. Al-Burhan Receives Iraqi Ambassador
September/11 | pm:12:34 / No Comments 148 viewsChairman of the Sovereignty Council, Lt. Gen. Abdul-Fattah Al-Burhan, received at the Republican Palace the Ambassador of Iraq to Sudan, Hussein Al-Amri, on the occasion of the expiry of his office term in Sudan .
The Iraqi ambassador said in a press statement that the meeting has appreciated the strategic relations between the two brotherly countries and affirmed the imporance of cooperation and coordination between the two sides in all fields .
He said that he conveyed the congratulations to the Chairman of the Sovereignty Council on agreement reached between Sudanese parties and resulted in formation of the government .
