We Will Rehabilitate War Affected Areas in Darfur Be Attractive
September/30 | am:8:54 / No Comments 134 viewsMember of Sovereign Council and Commander of Rapid Support Forces Lt (Gen) Mohamed Hamdain Daglo affirmed they would rehabilitate war affected areas in Darfur to be attractive for the return of displaced and refugees people according to what had been stipulated in the constitutional document.
He said the document stated in clear cut words that the rehabilitation of Darfur war affected areas was part of peace process.
Daglo renewed the government call for the return of humanitarian organizations to Darfur; he said that during his meeting with South Darfur Native Leaders.
Daglo called for facilitating the organizations missions and avoiding any acts disrupting the organizations activities in Darfur.
Daglo asked whether displaced people at camps wanted the government planed and built houses for them or they wanted to return to their original villages.
Moreover, he vowed that RSF could facilitate the return of any displaced person to its area or to its farm on condition that RSF be informed.
Lt Gen Daglo urged Darfurian people cooperated and make development process in Darfur a reality.
