Al-Mirghani Affirms Firmness of Relations with Egypt
December/17 | am:10:03 / No Comments 163 viewsThe First Assistant of the President of the Republic, Mohamed Al-Hassan Al-Mirghani, has described the relations between Sudan and Egypt as eternal and strategic.
During his meeting at the Republican Palace with the Ambassador of Egypt to Sudan, Hussam Eissa, Al-Mirghani, has called for speeding up implementation of the agreements between Sudan and Egypt in all domains.
In a press statement, the Egyptian Ambassador said that the meeting has discussed all aspects of cooperation between the two countries and implementation of the joint projects which agreed upon during the meetings of the joint higher Sudanese – Egyptian committee, which were co-chaired by the Presidents of the two countries, especially the electricity network’s connection, railways, education, health and industry projects.
He indicated that the meeting has underscored the importance of further strengthening to the bilateral relations for the interest of the two peoples, in accordance with the directives of the two presidents toward reaching the stage of integration.
