Aro: Regional and International Support Given to Sudan Efforts in Central African Republic
January/29 | am:10:30 / No Comments 100 viewsThe Minister of Information, Communications and Information Technology and government spokesman, Bushara Gumaa Aro, pointed out that Sudan peace initiative for realizing peace in the Central African Republic has received great regional and international acceptance, expressing hope that the session of talks between the parties in Central Africa, which began in Khartoum on Thursday, will achieve a breakthrough leading to a peace agreement.
Aro said that the role being played by Sudan to achieve peace in the Central African Republic is similar to its role in Southern Sudan and Libya.
That Sudan’s endeavors and its role in achieving peace and stability in the countries of the region stems from its national responsibilities towards good neighborliness, brotherhood and common interests, pointing out that it is one of the pillars of the success of its African mediation.
