Ayesha Acquainted with Communities Higher Council Initiatives
October/07 | am:9:48 / No Comments 151 viewsThe Transitional Sovereign Council member, Ayesha Musa has got acquainted with the Sudanese Expatriates initiative for supporting education and health sectors in the country.
This came during her meeting in her office at Republican Palace with the visiting delegation of Sudanese Community Higher Council in France, co-headed by the Secretary General and the Deputy chairperson of the community, Sayda Hassan Ali.
Following the meeting, Sayda said in a press statement that the meeting focused on support to the peace process in the country, saying the higher council has to launch a workshop in upcoming period to consolidate cultural peace concept in context of propagating peace throughout the country.
Sayda explained that the delegation of higher council briefed Ayesha on the initiative that targeted supporting education and health.
She said Sudanese expatriates’ initiative is based on monthly subscriptions, saying the Sudanese community members in United States committed to raise 1$ every month to support education and that would be paid by all the Sudanese expatriates.
