Council of Ministers Gets Acquainted on Health Situation in Blue Nile

During the meeting the council was briefed by minister of health Dr. Akram Ali Al Tom on the appearance of Cholera disease cases in Blue Nile state.
The Minister of Culture and Information Faisal Mohamed Salih said that the minister of health had talked in transparent manner about the appearance of four positive Cholera cases in Blue Nile.
He said urgent actions were undertaken to control this situation including contacts with World Heath Organizations and other international organizations.
He explained that the minister of health would be leaving to Blue Nile State to inspect the situation on the ground and taking urgent actions to control the situation.
He added that the ministry of health would inform the public on the situation with transparency and clarity manner in upcoming stage.
