FFC: The Successful of Democracy Depends on Peace

Forces of Freedom and Change (FFC) leading member Babikir Fasil affirmed that the successful of the democracy was depending on peace.
He said the democracy would not remain stable if war has continued.
He added that they have learnt from the experience that peace with fragmentation would not solve problems such as repatriation of refugees to their original lands and internally displaced people to their villages.
Meanwhile Faisal assured keenness that the ‘’First Six Months of the Transnational Period’’ should be focused on peace.
The FFC leading member cited that the Constitutional Document stipulated that the first six months of the transitional period was allocated for peace effective 30 days after the formation of the government as maximum.
He added that next September should witness reaching political solution and comprehensive peace based on communication with armed struggle forces in Darfur, Blue Nile and South kordofan.
