Kababish tribe confirms its stance and support the Military Council to overcome the country’s political crisis
June/25 | pm:12:33 / No Comments 195 viewsDeputy head of the Transitional Military Council, General Mohammad Hamdan Duglu, met today with a delegation of elders and mayors of Kababish tribe led by al-Nathir al-Tom Hassan al-Tom, the general head of the Kababish.
In a press statement, al-Tom confirmed that the tribe backs the military council to overcome the country’s current political crisis and praised the national role that the council is aware of in this delicate circumstance.
Al-Tom expressed his satisfaction with the progress of dialogue with the political forces in the country, pointing out that they in the civil administration will work to support the consensus between the Sudanese until the country emerges to safety.
He also said that their stance with the Council came from the premise that he is guarantor of stability of Sudan.
