Kibir to Address Khartoum Legislative Council Celebration on Independence Anniversary
December/18 | pm:1:22 / No Comments 102 viewsVice-President of the Republic, Dr Osman Mohamed Yousif Kibir, will address Wednesday a celebration organized by Khartoum Legislative Council to commemoratie the Independence Day Anniversary.
Khartoum State Legislative Council has used to celebrate anniversary of declaration of the Independence Day from within the Parliament which coincides with December 19 every year by organizing ceremonies in presence of dignitaries and families of first generation of the national patriots.
This year the celebration will be confined to a ceremony that will be held inside the Parliament by holding a sitting which will be attended by the deputies and a number of political, youth and women leaders at which a lecture on the meanings of independence will be given in the presence of Wali (governor) of Khartoum State, Lt. Gen.(police) Hashim Al-Hussein, and that in linewith the state policies set to decrease spending.
