Minister of Defence Receives Ambassador of Qatar

Jamal-Eddin Omer Mohamed Ibrahim, received in his office Monday the Ambassador of Qatar to Sudan, Abdul-Rahman bin Ali Al-Kubaisi, in presence of the Qatari Military Attaché, and appreciated progress of the relations between the two countries.
He praised the role of Qatar in supporting peace and stability in Sudan, referring to the endeavors of Qatar for realizing peace in Darfur, boosting process in the country and increasing the Qatari investments in Sudan.
Meanwhile, the Ambassador of Qatar has appreciated the military cooperation between Sudan and Qatar in the field of training, lauding the role of the Sudanese competencies in promoting the performance at the Qatari institutions.
He affirmed keenness of the Qatari leadership to support Sudan in all domains.
