Parliamentary Committee Visits River Nile State

Hatem Al-Wasila has underscored importance of the inspection visit being payed to the State by the National Assembly’s Committee for Industry, Trade , Investment and Lands led by the Committee’s deputy chairman, Mohamed Tahir Osham
The Governor indicated to importance of visit of the National Assembly delegation and its role in addressing numerous problems, calling for solving issues of fuel, spare parts and other problems facing some investment and industrial projects in the State as well as encouraging investors to come in and invest in River Nile State.
The parliamentary committee inspected cement factories and got acquainted with quantities produced and problems and obstacles facing the factories .
The Committee was also informed in reasons behind Al-Salam Cement Factory shutdown, demanding the Factory administration to speed up solution of environmental and administrative problems.
The Deputy Chairman of the National Assembly’s Committee for Industry, for his part, indicated to directives of President of the Republic within framework of reform of the economy and rationalization of spending , stressing that the National Assembly is carrying its full role regarding the the President’s directives.
