President Al-Bashir Affirms Sudan Keenness to Implement its Strategic Cooperation with China
September/03 | am:9:16 / No Comments 203 viewsPresident of the Republic, Field Marshal Omer Al-Bashir, has affirmed Sudan desire to formulate practical programs for implementing the strategic cooperation agreement, that it has signed with China, at all the political, economic, social, cultural and health levels.
At his official talks with the Chinese President, Xi Jinping, at the People’s Hall , President Al-Bashir pointed out that Sudan looks forward for real partnerships with China based on its vast resources and potentialities in the agricultural, mining, oil, gas and clean energy in accordance with the win-win principle.
He asserted Sudan keenness to reinforce its friendship and mutual loving with China, reiterating Sudan’s unconditioned support to China at all forums.
He praised the tremendous progress achieved by China.
President Al-Bashir has expressed thanks and gratitude to China for its honorable stances in supporting Sudan, affirming that Sudan looks forward for continuous support from China to its sovereignty, security, stability and the integrity of its territories.
He underscored importance of joint work between Sudan and China in the coming stage under the great challenges facing the world economy and the protectionist tendencies adopted by some countries that are aimed for the first place to hamper the increasing progress in particular countries.
He considered the cooperation in the oil field as a pivotal issue in the relations between Sudan and China.
President Al-Bashir has called on the Chinese President to direct the China National Petroleum Company to increase its investments for increasing the petroleum production in Sudan.
