Presidential Aide: No Logic for War Continuation
March/12 | pm:12:33 / No Comments 268 viewsKhartoum – Presidential Aide, NCP Deputy Chairman for Party’s Affairs, Eng. Ibrahim Mahmoud reiterated the government’s call to SPLM-N to Join the peace process.
He added that the six-month ceasefire announced by President Al Bashir aimed at paving the way for peace, then the initiative was followed by the recent pardon on death sentenced inmates belonging to the armed groups, pointing out that there is no logic now for war continuation.
He affirmed, while addressing the national women’s day in Kadugli, South Kordofan, the government’s support to the development projects, adding that the Presidency will design a special programme for productive women.
Mahmoud said that South Kordofan is steadily. He pointed out that the training in the small-scale investments are the best solution to curb the unemployment in the country.
He stressed on the importance organizing the small-scale industries to serve the investment goals.
