Sudan Participates at Meetings of UN General Assembly in New York
September/19 | am:11:02 / No Comments 218 viewsSudan is participating with a high-level delegation headed by the Foreign Minister, Dr. Al-Dirdiri Mohamed Ahmed, who will arrive in New York next Sunday, at the 73rd session of the UN General Assembly which began in yestarday (Tuesday) in New York.
The Foreign Minister will give Sudan statement at the UN General Assembly on October 1st.
Sudan address before the UN General Assembly will discuss issues of development and peace in Sudan and its efforts for boosting the regional and international peace and helping realization of peace in South Sudan and neighboring countries.
The delegation’s program included important meetings at the highest international level, including a meeting organized by the UN on Darfur which will discuss the plan for transfer to the era of building and rehabilitation in Darfur and exit of the UNAMID mission.
