Sudanese – Saudi Summit Held in Riyadh

The Chairman of the Sovereignty Council, Lt. Gen. Abdul-Fattah Al-Burhan, and the Prime Minister, Dr. Abdalla Hamdok, held an official sitting of talks with the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdul-Aziz.
Lt. Gen. Al-Burhan has expressed Sudan appreciation of the stances of Saudi Arabia and its keenness to support Sudan security and stability.
At outset of the talks, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques has wished durable stability and prosperity in Sudan.
The two sides have reviewed progress of the fraternal relations between the two countries and peoples and ways to boost the cooperation between Sudan and Saudi Arabia in all fields.
The Sudanese side at the joint talks included the Foreign Minister, Asma Mohamed Abdalla, the Minister of Finance, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Badawi, the Minister of Industry and Trade, Madani Abbas Madani, the Director of the General Intelligence, Lt. Gen. Abu-Bakr Hassan, the Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic, Gen. Mohamed Ali, and Sudan Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Abdul-Azim Al-Karrouri.
