Sudan’s FVP Met with UK Ambassador to Khartoum
February/28 | am:10:48 / No Comments 152 viewsSudan’s First Vice President (FVP) and Minister of Defense, Lt. Gen. Awad Ibn Auf affirmed the depth of the bilateral relations between the Sudan and Britain.
Ibn Auf met with the UK ambassador to Khartoum, Ambassador Arfan Siddiq in the presence of the British military attache.
The meeting discussed a number of issues of common interest and means of enhancing security and peace efforts in the region.
During which, Ibn Auf pointing out that the Sudan looks forward to developing this historical relations and increasing the level of cooperation between the two countries in all fields especially fields of training and exchange of experiences and coordination in international forums for peace and stability in Sudan and the region.
The British Ambassador expressed his country’s firm desire to flourish the relationship between the two countries in its historical, political, social and cultural dimensions.
