Vice-President Arrives in W. Darfur
December/16 | pm:12:57 / No Comments 106 viewsPresident of the Republic, Dr. Osman Mohamed Yousif Kibir, Friday arrived in Gineina, the capital of West Darfur State, on a two-day visit during which
he will attend the final match in the Peace Cup between the displaced persons teams of West and Darfur States.
He was received at Gineina Airport by the state’s governor, Hussein Yassin Hamad, members of the state government, leaders of the state Legislative Assembly and the native administration, the General Consul of Chad to Gineina and heads of the official and people’s institutions.
Following his arrival in Gineina, the Vice – President met with West Darfur State’s security committee and got informed on the procedure for keeping security and maintaining the state dignity and the rule of law.
The Vice-President during the visit by the federal Ministers of Health and Water Resources, Irrigation and Electricity, Deputy Chairman of the Sudanese Football Association and the Chairman of the National Teams Committee at the association.
