VP Affirms Sudan Commitment to Agreement signed with SSS

The Vice-President of the Republic, Hassabo Mohammed Abdul Rahman has affirmed Sudan’s commitment to the agreements signed with the State of South Sudan in the context of the peaceful co-existence and the cordial relations between the two states.
This came when the VP met, Saturday, at his house, the official and national Abyei Area delegation .
The Chairman of the Joint Supervisory Committee of Abyei Area, Engineer, Hassan Nimir said in press statements that the delegation will leave, tomorrow, Monday, for Addis Ababa the hold a meeting of the joint committee with the delegation of the State of South Sudan to review the implementation of the 2011 Agreement and to set up the Executive Committee, the Legislative Council and the police , besides paving the way for the return of the displaced to the region .
